NeoPath Transcription Services (NPTS) is a module of the recording system supporting the Compliance process, by providing the transcription to text of all audio recorded in the system.
The NPTS module transcribes audio into text.
The transcribed words are indexed in time so that they are highlighted simultaneously with the audio being played.
In addition to the traditional metadata search, the NPTS module enables the powerful function of content search. Recorded conversations can be retrieved based on targeted words.
The transcribed conversations can be translated from the original spoken language and presented in any of nine different languages.
